Before you order, please review the fitting instructions below so you
can select the correct size when purchasing:

These bracelets are handcrafted to fit wrists with a 5 1/2" to 7 1/4" circumference wrist. They are designed to be worn just between the wrist bone and the bottom of the palm of the hand to avoid restricting wrist movement.

Please take the following two measurements and submit them with your order. You will find two spaces in the shopping cart to enter these measurements after you hit the "Buy Now from CCNow" button:

WRIST CIRCUMFERENCE MEASUREMENT

1. Using a cloth measuring tape, measure the circumference of the narrow part of your wrist just prior to the base of your thumb and just above the wrist bone. Tape should fit just snugly around the wrist.

Example: 5 5/8 inch, 5 3/4 inch, 6 1/4 inch, etc.

The measurement indicated in this photo illustration is approx. 6 3/4 inches.

(Note: another simple method, if you don't have a cloth measuring tape. Cut a 1/4" or 1/2" wide strip of paper and wrap it around the wrist in the same manner as the tape you see in the picture. Mark the paper strip at the spot where it overlaps the end. Then lay the paper strip flat and measure from the end you started with to the mark using a normal ruler.)

WRIST DEPTH MEASUREMENT

2. Measure back from your wristbone approximately 1 1/2 inches. This is the place at which you will normally slip your bracelet on with the open gap slipping from the side and over your arm until you can twist it into position. So, this is where we want to get a measurement of the depth of your wrist. See the next photo to see how easily it is done.

With not gap between the bottom of the wrist and the table, firmly press a level object like a butter knife or a ruler across the top of the wrist until, indenting the flesh slightly (but not causing pain). Measure from the bottom of the table to the bottom of the object (knife, ruler, pen, whatever). Round off to the nearest 1/8th of an inch. For example: 1 1/8", 1 1/4", 1 1/2", 1 5/8", and so on. This will allow us to set the opening gap and balance the shape of the bracelet as we do.

Sound complicated? Don't worry, if you've come anywhere near following these directions, it will turn out fine. These are sturdy metal bracelets and we want to do the main work of sizing it for you so that your final adjustments are as few and as easy as can be. More work for our craftsman, less for you. A perfect fit every time!

After Your Bracelet Arrives...

Making Personal Adjustments

When you receive your bracelet, you may make minor adjustments by bending the metal. Do this slowly until you achieve a comfortable fit.  Once sized don't make bend the metal often or too many times will eventually crystallize the metal and it will break once this has happened. It takes a while to do this, so don't worry that this might happen during your initial adjustments. It won't. These bracelets are made from solid (not plated) metal and they are very sturdy.

Care & Cleaning of Your Bracelet

Brass & Nickel and Copper metals do tarnish and must be cleaned occasionally. Like any metal, except gold, they will tarnish. To clean and polish your bracelet, simply use a white toothpaste and an old, soft-bristled toot brush.

Using water just as you would when brushing your teeth, brush all the surfaces of the bracelet and rinse. With only a little effort your bracelet will restore to a gleaming shine. Store in an air-tight baggie to slow tarnishing when not wearing bracelet for extended periods.
