It is best to contact Rev. Culbertson at least 3-4 months in advance and a year is better. Given the long distance from Guam to anywhere in the mainland United States, workshops are usually scheduled in clusters allowing several different venues and groups to spread the cost of airfare. This helps to keep the cost of the workshop affordable for all and still fully cover all the costs of the workshop.
Ideal groups for which Rev. Culbertson can conduct workshops are church groups, mens and/or womens minstries, seminaries and Bible colleges. Minimum attendance should be at least 50 registered participants for off-island events.
